| RESTRUCTURING CHARGES | RESTRUCTURING CHARGES On August 14, 2024, the Company announced a restructuring plan to streamline operations and reduce costs. The restructuring plan affected approximately 240 employees and contractors in all areas across all functions. The Company incurred restructuring charges of approximately $2.0 million in connection with the plan for the year ended December 31, 2024. These charges were primarily related to severance payments and were recorded as selling, general, and administrative expenses on the consolidated statements of operations and comprehensive loss for the year ended December 31, 2024. The restructuring plan was substantially completed in 2024.
