
Romil Bahl
President, Chief Executive Officer and Director
Mr. Bahl brings 30 years of experience delivering high growth among SaaS and IoT companies and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of KORE since October 2017. Prior to joining KORE, Mr. Bahl served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Lochbridge, a leading technology consulting and solutions provider in the IoT and digital enablement space, from November 2015 to October 2017. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and General Manager, Global Industries for Computer Sciences Corporation, a global provider of information technology and professional services and solutions, where he managed a ~$9B business from April 2014 to November 2015, and as Chief Executive officer of PRGX Global, Inc., a data focused analytics company, from January 2009 to November 2013. Mr. Bahl has also had leadership roles at A.T. Kearney, Infosys and Deloitte Consulting. Mr. Bahl holds a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Directorate of Marine Engineering & Technology in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

Jason Dietrich
Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer
Jason Dietrich serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer of KORE. He brings over 25 years of experience driving high growth software and hardware companies in the manufacturing and IoT space. At KORE, Jason leads the global sales and marketing functions with the goal of capturing the tremendous opportunity that exists in the rapidly growing market for IoT and connectivity use cases.
Prior to KORE, Jason was the Head of the Commercial Organization at Tulip Interfaces where Jason led all go-to-market and commercial functions including global sales, business development, partnerships, account management, sales operations, customer success, and customer services. Prior to joining Tulip, Jason was the Chief Revenue Officer at Stratus Technologies, where Jason oversaw and directly led Stratus’ global sales, marketing, and business development efforts. In addition, Jason was the SVP of Global Connected Operations Sales for PTC, where he was responsible for driving the adoption of the ThingWorx platform, including Analytics and Augmented Reality into manufacturing companies. A long-time leader in management, he also held several leadership roles in sales, business operations, and go-to-market activities at PTC.
Jason holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Lehigh University.

Paul Holtz
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
Mr. Holtz was appointed Senior Vice President of Corporate Performance, Planning, and Analytics in April 2019 and assumed the additional role of Interim Chief Financial Officer in November 2021. In April 2022 Mr. Holtz was appointed permanent Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Mr. Holtz’s role at KORE was recently expanded to support the Company’s focus on service delivery and to help optimize financial performance. As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Holtz is responsible for managing all aspects of the organization's financial operations.
Mr. Holtz joined KORE in 2017 as Vice President of Corporate Performance, Planning, and Analytics. Prior to joining KORE, Mr. Holtz held a number of senior positions, most recently as Head of Finance for the Office of the COO at BlackBerry.
Mr. Holtz CPA, CA received his Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University. He is also a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada).

Jack Kennedy
Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer
Jack serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary of KORE. He is responsible for the company’s global legal functions. Jack has over 20 years of corporate legal experience, primarily advising professional service, technology, and life sciences companies in corporate governance, securities, licensing, international transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and data privacy matters. In addition, he has served in senior in-house legal roles at PRGX Global, Streamline Health, and Stiefel Laboratories. Jack was previously in the corporate and securities sections of the law firms Troutman Pepper and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld. Jack has a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science from Mercer University and a Juris Doctor from Tulane University, where he was a member of the Tulane Law Review. He is a member of the Georgia and Texas state bars and lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with his family.

Bryan Lubel
Executive Vice President, Connected Health
Mr. Lubel has served as Executive Vice President of Connected Health since January 2021, and Executive Vice President of IoT managed Services at Kore from November 2019 to December 2020. Prior to joining KORE, Mr. Lubel served as President of Integron Inc., a leading IoT Managed Services provider in the healthcare and life sciences market, from January 2008 to November 2019. Previously, he served as Vice President and General Manager of North American Office Services - Xerox Global Services, the leading provider of enterprise document managed services, from April 2006 to January 2008. Mr. Lubel served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Gyricon, LLC, a technology spinout of Xerox’s famed PARC laboratories (Palo Alto Research Center) where SmartPaperTM was developed from August 2003 to January 2006. Mr. Lubel has also had leadership roles at Xerox Corp., The Sutherland Group Ltd, Ziff-Davis Education Inc. and Compaq Computer Corp. Mr. Lubel holds a B.S. of Business Administration – Management Information Systems from The State University of New York at Fredonia.

Tushar Sachdev
Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Sachdev serves as Chief Technology Officer, where he oversees current technology and sets KORE’s future technology vision, strategy, and roadmap. Tushar has more than 20 years of experience in technology and product development at companies including NIIT, Infosys, and PRGX - where he served as Chief Information Officer. Tushar has developed SaaS-based software platforms and data analytics capabilities to serve more than 300 customers worldwide, including thousands of suppliers.
Prior to PRGX, Tushar was client relationship owner for Fortune 500 clients in the retail, manufacturing, utilities, end-of-life care, and oil & gas industries. Tushar has established himself as a thought leader in Data Management and IoT by successfully leading complex business transformation programs resulting in clear market differentiation from competitors. In 2017, Tushar was named CIO of the Year by the Georgia CIO Leadership Association. Tushar graduated with a bachelor’s degree in engineering in 1995 and has since earned a Master’s in economics from the London School of Economics. Tushar resides with his family in Atlanta.

Louise Winstone
Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
Ms. Winstone serves as EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer for KORE, where she is responsible for leading the global Human Resources function. Louise brings more than 15 years of international human resources experience to KORE, having most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at PRGX, where she oversaw the global HR function in 27 countries. Prior to PRGX, Louise was with Barclays Bank in London and has held a number of HR roles within Financial and Professional Services firms in the UK.
Louise holds a Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in HR Management from Middlesex University. She and her husband moved to the U.S. four years ago and currently reside in Atlanta.

Marco Bijvelds

Mr. Bijvelds, SVP EAP at KORE, brings more than 10 years of IoT experience through senior management positions. Adaptive to the dynamic and fast-paced IoT industry environment, Marco has been successfully implementing KORE’s go-to-market product strategy in Europe, strengthening KORE’s position in the European marketplace.

Rajesh Gupta
Senior Vice President, Customer Experience & IoTMS
Mr. Gupta is responsible for Customer Experience (CX) and Global IoT Managed Services Operations (IoTMS) at KORE. He has 25+ years of experience in business transformation, P&L management, business development, and CX driven differentiation. He has been instrumental in turning around many businesses and over the years has built highly empowered successful global teams and partnerships. He has helped companies pivot based on strategy, build cross-functional synergies with a common purpose, and create exponential growth with a multiplier impact on operational efficiency.
Prior to KORE, and after a successful PE exit with the sale of Lochbridge to DMI, Rajesh managed the P&L of IoT & Analytics business unit. He spearheaded efforts to drive exponential growth while leveraging Predictive Analytics and Internet of Things (IoT) in the context of customer environment. Prior to DMI, Rajesh served in leadership roles at CSC (now DXC), Infosys and Spice Telecom (now Idea Cellular). During all these years while working with customers in multiple industries across the globe, he has gained a rich exposure to the multi-faceted model of leadership.
Rajesh is an alumni of Harvard Business School and earned his post-graduation in Management from Birla Institute of Management Technology. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (formerly REC, Kurukshetra) and a Master’s Degree in Communication & Radar Engineering from IIT, New Delhi.

Steven Jones
Senior Vice President, Carrier Management
Mr. Jones is the Vice President Carrier Management at KORE Wireless and has been with KORE since May of 2016. Steven is responsible for the oversight of the Global Carrier Services Team that provides the respective wireless and satellite offerings. In addition, Steven oversees the Advanced SIM solutions and Technical Services globally. Steven brings over 20 years of leadership, sales, solutions, and management experience; having spent most of his career with AT&T in various wireless and telecommunications sales, business development and management roles.
Steven holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and a Master’s degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, as well several industry certifications and leadership accreditations.

Gideon Rogovsky
Senior Vice President, Americas
Mr. Rogovsky is an Accomplished executive with a 20-year track record of developing and leading global business in emerging markets with a specialty in the IoT Markets. Gideon is leading KORE America's sales accountable for revenue and profitability (EBITDA) targets in the region.
Before joining KORE Gideon EVP of Global Services Sales for Telit IoT Platforms, leading a team of IoT Platform and Connectivity Sales Specialists around the world. Since Gideon joined in 2005 he subsequently held positions of VP of Sales for APAC and the EMEA regions. In 2011, Gideon was appointed to CEO of Telit Israel, where he directed the acquisition of Motorola’s m2m division. Prior to joining Telit, Gideon worked as a marketing manager and production manager for Lambda Crossing Ltd, a start-up of advanced semiconductor-based optical components. Gideon started his career as a co-founder and head of sales of Oplink Communications Ltd, a pioneer of infrared transceivers for m2m applications. Gideon holds a B.A. in Business Management.

Sunder Somasundaram
Senior Vice President, Fleet Management, Industrial IoT
Mr. Somasundaram serves as the Senior Vice President of Fleet Management and Industrial IoT. In this role he oversees the product development of Fleet & IIoT solutions, which includes hardware, managed services, and connectivity, as well as overseeing product management and customer relations and support. Sunder brings extensive IoT experience to KORE, having spent more than 15 years at AT&T in leadership roles over both product and sales organizations. Most recently, Sunder served as the global head of sales for AT&T’s IoT platform offerings where he was responsible for winning and delivering several large cloud and IoT projects. Sunder holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University, and lives with his family in Dallas, Texas.
